SHOP POLICIES
I am an artist and craft maker. All of the items for sale on my shop are handmade when ordered. I love what I do and will continue to create new animals and creatures. Here you can find some information on my shipping and return policies.
Your owls will be made to order, so please allow me up to one week to ship out your order, and please note that because of this your owl will differ slightly from those in the pictures, but will nonetheless be just as adorable!
My default shipping method is USPS first class mail, for both international and domestic orders. If you want you can upgrade to priority mail, but your shipping cost will increase. Also delivery confirmation will be included with all domestic orders (sorry international, but I can't do delivery confirmation with first class!). If there are any taxes or duties on orders the buyer will be subject to paying these.
If the items you are purchasing are a gift, please let me know and I can provide a gift receipt or direct shipping to the person to recieve it. Special packaging can be provded if requested before shippment.
I will give a refund of the item's cost up to seven (7) days after you receive the item, but you will be responsible for the return shipping. If the item does not match the description or is broken I will give a full refund of original shipping and item cost - but please remember that with handmade items each is different and one of a kind, so the item you receive may vary slightly from the picture in the listing.
